Description:
Work with stakeholders to identify training and coaching needs at an individual, team and department level and deliver appropriate training and coaching in a timely manner;
* Design, deliver and embed capability training (including T&C) across the department to successfully embed required knowledge and skills, taking a commercial view of the planning and delivery of training across the department to ensure that service levels are maintained and efficiencies are maximised;
* Design and deliver induction and refresher training for all colleagues;
* Track the progress of new starters, providing insight and reporting data to stakeholders to allow timely, informed decisions and actions to be taken;
* Work with QA, central L&D and management functions to assess colleague performance and ensure all learning has been embedded, providing insight and reporting data to relevant stakeholders;
* Design training material templates and lead the production of training materials for all the specific process streams to develop engaging content for all stakeholder groups (facilitators guides, virtual / classroom slides, written guides);
* Be a Subject Matter Expert for all Systems and Processes;
* Coordinate training sessions (room bookings, equipment, training data, projects and training calendars);
* Manage operational UAT testing for several projects running concurrently and be responsible for signing off UAT from senior project stakeholders;
* Coach and influence others, particularly in relation to training and UAT best practice for colleagues
