Operations Manager - Collections and Recoveries

An excellent opportunity is available with a leading Financial Services client based in Gloucester for an Operations Manager within Collections and Recoveries. This is a newly created role as part of a restructure. The role will be based in Gloucester and will be an office based position.

The Operations Manager in Collections and Recoveries will oversee an FTE of 200 based onshore and offshore with 8 direct reports across a mix of telephony and back office operations teams.

You will be:

An experienced People Manager with the aptitude to engage and motivate a high performing team
Previous operational management experience within advisory/telephony and processing teams
Ability to develop colleagues through stretching objectives, feedback & coaching
Be a strong & effective communicator
Be passionate about delivering a great customer experience
Be able to deliver and embrace change
Ability to prioritise, organise and understand complex operational dataWhat we are looking for:
