Description:

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Income Collections Officer to work on a temporary contract working in Warrington

The contract is likely to last until the mid to late January 2021

The role as Rents Officer will involve

- Providing a frontline service on behalf of the organisation collecting rents

- Having a sound knowledge of Welfare Benefits and Universal Credit

- Working in a target oriented environment to maximise income reduction

- Basic admin duties recording all of the information collated

It is essential that you have worked in an Income/Rents environment within social housing
