Juice is thrilled to be working again with a great financial service company based in Trowbridge as they search for new members for their growing team.

The role is essential to the business and you'll help this vibrant office meet both team and individual goals. The culture is professional and encourages individual and team achievement. Your Customer Service skills are key to role.

The role

* Maintain accurate, detailed records and notes within the operating system to evidence the customer contact for follow up highlighting key milestones, discussions and agreed actions in line with data protection guidelines

* Meet the day-to-day key performance indicators through demonstrating excellent time management skills

* Timely, regularly and duly prepare and present individual performance figures for monthly one-to-one meetings

* Handling both inbound and outbound calls (typically across customers who are in early arrears, but on occasions maybe required to support late arrears)

* To establish with the customers reason for arrears, individual circumstances, and their financial situation/ability to pay

* To work within Collections Policy and Procedure to identify a fair and appropriate outcome to return the loan back up to date i.e. cure, payment, arrangement, defer etc

* To summarise to the customer the agreed arrangement, next steps, and future consequences of non-payment
