Customer Service/Collections Assistant

Description:

Juice is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for Customer Service Advisors, based in central Stroud.

We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, who are customer-orientated and have a professional and confident telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve queries from internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls, email and web chat.

* Identify, investigate and resolve queries.

* Liaising with other departments within the company to sort out any customer issue.

* Responsible for processing and updating databases and records accordingly.

Key Skills and Attributes:

* Ability to build rapport, through a personable and empathetic approach.

* Confident and professional telephone manner.

* Excellent attention to detail and investigative skills.

* High level of numeracy, accuracy and problem-solving ability.

* Be computer literate; adept with MS Office and experience with other bespoke software packages.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and use own initiative.
