Are you seeking a temporary role and available immediately?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading employer in Stroud, in their search for a Customer Service/Collections Assistants on a Temporary basis.

We are looking for individuals to start on 29th March.

Main Duties Include:

* Resolve queries from internal and external customers and 3rd parties through telephone, email and webchat.

* Performing administrative functions to support customers.

* Following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

* Identify, investigate and resolve queries.

* Liaising with other departments within the company to sort out any issues preventing debt collection.

* Process and progress accounts through our internal and external debt collection processes.

Skills Required:

* Previous experience of working within a customer service environment.

* Experienced in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel.

* IT literate and competent in learning new systems quickly.

* Excellent attention to detail with an analytical approach.

* Fantastic communication skills both over the phone and via email.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8.30-17.00 Friday 8.30-16.00
