Customer Collections Agent - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Leeds

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Collections Agent into our Recoveries team within our Leeds office (remote working currently).

We are seeking customer-focused individuals to work closely with customers who are experiencing difficulties in repaying their debts and support them by creating personal repayment plans that are affordable and sustainable.

As a Customer Collections Agent, you will be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from customers and asking the right questions to understand how you can best help them with their payment plans.

You will do this by taking the time to understand the customer's individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences all times.

Please Note: The role operates a rotating shift pattern of - Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, 37.5 hours per week
