Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Working within a high volume inbound Contact Centre.

• Showing ownership and accountability, offering solutions to help and benefit customers

• Maintain high service standards and continually improve the service to customers

• Work well within a dynamic team environment

• Negotiate, investigate and resolve issues whilst protectively seeking solutions

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer Focus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience of working within a fast paced, target driven environment

• Capable of working with limited supervision - you must be a self-starter

• Motivated to achieve targets whilst meeting call quality objectives

• Embrace in the moment coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
