Chasing debtors via telephone and email to recover outstanding debts
Adhering to personal KPIs to ensure monies are collected and targets hit
Establishing relationships to ensure smooth collection of debts within timescales set
Ensuring customer accounts are updated and accurate
Prompt and professional response to all calls and enquiries
Following objectives and targets set out by management
Ability to manage and resolve difficult conversations with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.Skills needed:

Excellent communications skills
Experience of debt collection advantageous
Driven and Self motivated individual
