Collections Planner

Description:

Expanding logistics company are looking for a collections planner. Duties to include (but not limited to):-

Speaking/emailing customers to ascertain collection requirements
Allocating the collections to drivers
Ensuring in house software is up to date with the correct collection drivers/ vehicles.
Dealing with collection issues
Putting the labels in pigeon holes corresponding to the collecting driver
Driver debriefs as required
