The company: Time Recruitment is working with an award winning, Manchester based financial services provider, who are looking to add a Collections Manager to their business. The business has a had a successful 2020 and are looking to capitalise on that success.

The role: Collections Managers will be responsible for a team of Advisors and high value debt portfolio of clients. The role involves creating & implementing strategies to minimise debt and to manage & maintain strong key client relationships. The role involves hands on people and client management in order to deliver great results and outcomes both client and the business. The role includes a lot of autonomy and the ability to bring in new ideas and affect change.
The package: The business offers a salary of £37,000 as well as performance-based bonus taking earnings to £40,000 - £45,000. Holidays are 25 + bank holidays, and there is an employer pension contribution of 3%, as well as other financial perks, discounts, and benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30.
