Collections Customer Service Administrator

Description:

Marc Daniels are recruiting for a Collections Customer Service Administrator for a multinational company. This role would ideally suit an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer email and telephone queries regarding transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships through clear communication
  • Dealing with customer service, updating details on file etc
  • Providing an excellent level of service to customers
  • Involvement in the invoicing/collections process
  • Strong demonstrable customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Majority of communications will be via email so strong written communication skills are a must.
  • SAP and FCL experience would be beneficial
