Collections & Legal Support Agent

They are looking for a Collections & Legal Support Agent to support the effective and smooth running of the collections and legal function through undertaking tasks to aid the other teams within the department.

A typical day

  • Work closely with team members in Collections and Legal to ensure clerical order across the department, facilitating positive customer outcomes
  • Handle inbound and outbound postal correspondence for the department
  • Assist Collection Managers & Paralegals with referrals to third parties, such as Solicitors and Debt Collection Agencies
  • Keep accurate system records of activities, observations and outcomes within the Collections and Legal processes
  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation regulatory body guidelines and adhere to our company policies and procedures
  • Uphold iwoca's company values reputation at all times

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths

Future Prospects

After your Data Analysis Apprenticeship, you can progress into any Junior Data Analyst, Data Scientist and Data engineer role. You'll have the skills to run insight analytical projects from beginning to end and work within a Data Analytics team.
