Collections Agent - Recoveries - Leeds - Permanent

We are looking to attract a Collections Agent (Paralegal) to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business.

The Collections Agent (Paralegal) will progress cases, predominantly over the phone, to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement. The Collections Agent (Paralegal) will also support and provide advice to more junior members of the team, checking letters etc and will get exposure to some more complex work.

This role represents an outstanding opportunity to join the Recoveries Team who form part of our volume litigation area dealing with contractual debt.
