Working for our well established client you will be the main point of contact for their customers who each have individual circumstances and needs. Through both inbound and outbound calling you will use your knowledge and skills to ensure you find the best and fair solution for them. Your customer service skills will be used to their full potential as you will need to listen carefully, build rapport and negotiate. It will be your genuine empathy and ability to understand, which will lead you to find the most suitable outcome.
Are you new to debt collection? Don't worry as the team provide you with full training to ensure that you'll succeed in your new role.

The Skills you'll need:

• To demonstrate drive and enthusiasm
• Able to project a positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly over the telephone
• Being organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Shows self-motivation and is target focussed
• Have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
• Ideally up to 1 years' experience within a customer service retail or hospitality role or in another contact centre

Working Hours - Shift rotation 8am-4.30pm and 10.30am-7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am-1pm
