What is the role?

You will be working as part of our busy collections department effectively handling and negotiating repayment plans for our customers. You will be working towards KPI's in order to maximise your monthly collections, all whilst demonstrating empathy, understanding and professionalism on each call. All of your customers are different, so it is important that you are able to establish their personal circumstances, work towards the best strategy for their financial circumstances, and get them back on track with their finances.

Key Skills and Requirements

* It is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills, not just to speak to your customers but also to work with our IT systems and be able to manage your daily workload.

* You will be dealing with customers in financial difficulty who are distressed so it is important you are confident dealing with calls of this nature, especially vulnerable customers.

* You will need to have strong emotional intelligence and resilience due to the nature of calls you will be handling each day.

* You will also need to have a passion for helping people, and whilst some contact centre experience is beneficial it is important that you are able to show understanding and provide each of your customers with a positive outcome.

* We are looking for self-motivated individuals, who want to develop a career within a growing business.

* Must be available to work rotational shift patterns between 8am - 8pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am - 2pm.

* Must be available to Start Monday 5th July 2021.
