The business is an award winning FinTech company who are experiencing a record period of rapid growth and are looking to add Collections Advisors to their already established team with skilled Collections Advisors. Duties for the Collections Advisor

  • To recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods
  • Set appropriate, sustainable, and compliant repayment arrangement plans
  • To address failed arrangements in an appropriate, professional and timely manner
  • Address customer's change of circumstances in line with company policy and procedures surrounding potentially vulnerable customers
  • General administration duties
  • To adhere to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
  • To assist in projects / mini initiatives within the collections function as advised by line manager
  • Adhere to KPI's set by the business
  • Understand and adhere to departmental Service Levels (SLA)

Skills required for the Collections Advisor

  • Must have 18 months minimum collections experience ideally within a regulated environment
  • Asset / Car finance would be an advantage.
  • Consumer Finance desirable but not essential
  • A "can do" approach and positive attitude

Working hours of; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 hour shifts between 8am - 8pm, on a rolling roster pattern). 1 in 4 weekends. Day(s) off in the week in which you are scheduled to work that weekend. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an annual bonus of 10% in addition to progression opportunities and an extensive benefits list.
