Adecco are proudly recruiting for a Collections Advisor for our industry-leading client based in the Wrexham area.

This is a great opportunity for a personable professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced office.

Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Working hours: M-F 08:30-17:00

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-day management of outstanding invoices
Collection of outstanding invoices
Admin and data entry duties
Development and maintenance of records
Developing action plans for customers
Monitoring of email inboxKey Skills:

Excellent communication skills
A warm, confident and professional telephone manner
Confident with MS Office packages
A team player who is willing to support colleagues
