What will you be doing?

We are looking for employees to work in our Collections Team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying the root cause of a customer's difficulties in making payment and finding the best solution based on the customers individual circumstances.

About this role?

Completing both inbound and outbound contact to customers as well as written communication to look at resolving a customer's arrears.
Identifying the root cause to a customer's arrears through active listening and reactive questioning
Reaching an outcome that fits their need whilst ensuring we are working towards the business aims.
Ensuring that we are providing the right support to customers who are presenting signs of vulnerability.
Meeting company and regulatory standards to ensure we are not putting the customer or the business in any potential risk.
Communicating potential risks to the customer ensuring we are delivering these in the right manner to both create urgency but also ensure the customer isn't feeling pressured
