Utility Point have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor (Debt Resolution) to join our vibrant and energetic team based in Poole.

We are seeking an individual who is driven and motivated with a keen eye for detail to join our debt management team. Collections experience would be an advantage but full training will be given. You must have experience in making a high volume of outbound calls and working to daily targets. You will have a pivotal role in enabling us to continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers and ensuring customers' accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
Duties will include:
Maintaining records of all customer and debt management communications
Contacting customers by telephone to arrange the repayment of outstanding debts
Processing of payments via the telephone and where necessary to negotiate new payment plans with customers
Managing and resolving difficult or challenging conversations with integrity, professionalism and honesty
Building effective relationships within all areas of the business and work in a collaborative and professional manner.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in working to targets in a fast paced office environment
* Proven experience in making a high volume of outbound calls
* The ability to respond to all calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, while following targets and objectives set out by the management team
* Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal (English GCSE A-C).
* A keen eye for detail is essential
* The ability to structure own time, use initiative and prioritise effectively
* Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office
* Available to work a 2 week shift pattern of either 9am - 5.30pm or 10am - 6pm.
