Collection Advisors for a national utilities company

12 month temporary roles



We are currently recruiting for full time Customer Service professionals, to take on 12 month positions. This role will be working from home from initially but likely to be a blend of office based and home working when restrictions lifted, and will be starting around 10 May.

The role:

Inbound and outbound calls
Contacting customers who have fallen behind with their payments
Collecting payments, looking at long term solutions, educating customers and setting up direct debits
Working in a fast paced environment taking 6 calls per hour when fully trained
Providing excellent customer service at all times

The ideal candidate:

Will have telephone customer service experience in a similar role
Will be empathetic and resilient
Will have the desire to offer excellent customer service at all timesThe hours for this role will be Monday -Friday working 37 hrs per week.
