Description:

Our client is looking for a Collections Representative to join their well-established team.

Joining this well-known organisation, you will be part of a busy team and responsible for managing your own customer base.

You will be required to reduce debt whilst working towards team collection targets.

Ideally you will;

* An experienced Collections Advisor who enjoys managing own accounts

* Have experience of working within a heavily regulated financial services collections role

* Be familiar with FCA regulations

* Be familiar to chasing large and small amounts of debt

* Have great customer service skills and the ability to build excellent customer relationships

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Due to the current climate, you will regularly work from home so you will need to have a strong internet connection
