I am working with a well-known company based in Newport who are looking for Collection advisor\' to join their growing team in Newport.

Responsibilities of a Collection Advisor:

Deliver excellent customer service to all customers of the companies clients, primarily by telephone but also using all available methods of communication
Undertake arrears collection activities on commercial client portfolios
To keep all customer notes up to date in line with FCA regulations
To ensure you are acting with integrity and ensuring you are upholding company values at all times

Requirements of a Collection Advisor:

The ability to effectively multi-task is essential to the successful execution of this role
Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers, both internal and external in line with legal/statutory requirements and SLA\'s
