Collections Administrator

Skills Direct Ltd are delighted to be working with growing company within financial services company who are actively recruiting for a Collection Administrator.

What you will being doing:

As a key team member of the growing team, the collections administrator will be working closely and will be responsible for taking calls and emails from customers to set up payments.

* Handling customer service emails

* Managing accounts 'on hold'

* Completing the required system administration following bounced / rejected Direct Debits

* Taking inbound customer service calls and collections overflow calls.

* Negotiating payment plans that are appropriate to customers circumstances

* Dealing with DMA and Insolvency companies by phone letter and email

* Responsible for the preparation and distribution of all statutory notices

What you will need to succeed in this position:

* Accuracy and attention to detail

What you will receive in return:

* Monday to Friday - full time hours

* Salary : £18,000 to £20,000 per annum
