Castle Trust Bank takes pride in putting our customers first and we are looking for talented individuals to join our point-of-sale retail finance team as Collections Account Managers.

The role will involve ensuring customer communications including letters, emails and calls are dealt with and resolved to agreed SLAs and to the highest standard. We are a regulated business so ensuring objectives are met to regulatory and legislative requirements is highly important to us.

The role will include:

  • Maintaining integrity of case load; ensuring letters, emails and calls are dealt with and resolved to agreed SLAs and to the highest standard
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints to a high standard
  • Working closely with the other colleagues to ensure that the business is focused on enhancing the customer and client experience while remaining compliant to regulatory requirements

  • This role may include evening and weekend hours, however we are currently operating within the hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
