Collection Advisor

Description:

Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Collection Advisor to join our client, in a head office location based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. The successful candidate would possess great communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a professional approach. This is a role in a fast-paced office, so an ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload is key.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of outstanding invoices
  • Collection and chasing of outstanding invoices
  • Updating and maintaining the debit management and ledger systems.

Experience:

  • GCSEs at grade C and above (English and Maths)
  • Previous experience in collections or debit management
  • Previous experience in credit control (advantageous but not essential)

This role is Monday to Friday, office working hours. Statutory benefits with on-site free parking.

Salary £19,000 p/a.
